At The Pure Wears, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the sensitive nature of innerwear products, we have clear guidelines to ensure hygiene and fairness for all customers.
For hygiene reasons, bras, panties, nightwear, and innerwear items are not eligible for return or exchange once delivered — unless you receive:
A damaged product
A defective item
The wrong product or size (different from your order)
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
Your order number
Clear pictures of the product
A brief explanation of the issue
Requests made after 24 hours may not be accepted.
To qualify for return:
Item must be unused
Tags must be intact
Product must be in original packaging
No signs of wear, washing, or damage by the customer
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
Once your return is approved and inspected:
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
Refunds may be issued via bank transfer or store credit (depending on payment method)
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was from our side.
Orders can be canceled before dispatch only. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
